How to take CBD Oil

When taking CBD effectively there are four easy steps!

How to Use CBD Oil Effectively

At Applied Botanics we have 5 different formulas. Repeat this process with all five formulas. You can take two different formulas in the same day and repeat dosing as needed. For example you can take Focus CBD in the morning to start your day off right and Tranquility CBD at night for optimal sleep. Don’t be afraid to incorporate Recovery CBD after a workout or if you are experiencing more pain or discomfort than normal.

What is the most effective way to take CBD?

Allowing the product to absorb under your tongue before swallowing, provides the quickest absorption through the lingual artery in the mouth and into the bloodstream. This method delivers quicker and more noticeable results. Some oil will still have to pass through the digestive system before ending up in the bloodstream.

It is important to avoid contact with the interior and exterior of your mouth to keep the dropper clean. If you do make contact with your mouth, we recommend cleaning the dropper with an alcohol swab to avoid any bacteria coming into contact with the oil. This will ensure the preservation of the product and extend the lifespan of the product.

Our products are designed with you in mind and it is important to us that you feel confident when beginning your regimen. We understand that the first time use of CBD oil can seem intimidating but we are here to make sure you are equipped with the proper tools and information to live healthy + happy with Applied Botanics.
