These days, we are all too familiar with online school, working from home, and remote classes. Step 1: Create your study station
Find a place where you can study away from distractions including the TV, bed, or other people. You need to find a space where you can buckle down and get work done. He was not only a strong advocate for a morning routine but also for going to bed early so he could rise refreshed and ready for the day. When we don’t get enough sleep it impairs our executive function. Executive function is the set of abilities we need to do well in school, and at work.
