I am a new CBD user and am doing my best to understand use and which products my best support my needs. Applied Botanics (AB) popped up with a fair deal on a site that shows discounted prices on a variety of items. I wasn’t terribly pleased with my initial purchase. I believe the product wasn’t the problem, but I was in that I didn’t care for its taste. I reached out on their portal to inquire about the possibility of a refund. Within ten minutes I received a reply. Not only did they oblige my request but also offered to send another of their products. Given my naivete, I asked for a suggestion and was given a few ideas as well as directions on their portal to learn more about the company and their products. Today (just a few days later), I received the new shipment with a handwritten thank you note. Honestly. I absolutely do not have the words to properly express how well I was treated. I have shared this with my family and they are all stunned as well. I have been in client service roles for many, many years and I must share this experience as it definitely 99th percentile. I am really hopeful the replacement product will do the trick, because I most definitely want to become a long-term client! Thank you so much!!!
